The attached mail from AFSA International President McCauslin announces the departure of CEO Rick Dean effective March 31. I echo President McCauslin’s words of praise for Rick. He has done a superior job for AFSA and we owe him great thanks.
I will keep you informed as I hear any updates on finding a replacement.

Rick has done a herculean job for AFSA and will be sorely missed.
