It’s that time again! We will hold our General Membership Meeting this Thursday, at 1130, in the Tinker Club.

The holiday gift wrap fund raising effort has been ongoing for 10 days now and I thank you for your volunteer efforts. The schedule on the website is kept up to date at the end of each day. If you see a time you’d like to volunteer for, please e-mail myself, Tasha.sheerin@tinker.af.mil, or tiffany.gordon@tinker.af.mil. Any one of us can add you to that schedule. You’ll see there are a lot of open times, and we still need your help to get them filled. The volunteers we have had so far have been superb, and I appreciate each and every one. Here are some notes to make things easier on you: There is a green 3-ring binder with all the instructions you need, located under one of the tables (normally). In the instructions you will find information about signing the cash box in and out for the first and last shift. There is a small plastic container under the right table with extra tape, more scissors, etc. The white sheet is to cover the supplies behind the tables after the last shift. There is a double-sided sign at the end of the table with a list of the things we use the proceeds for. Please call me any time there is a problem.
